Vera Enzi

Vera Enzi is an international expert in nature-based solutions and green infrastructure on buildings such as green roofs, outdoor and indoor green walls. She has an MSc in Landscape Planning and Landscape Architecture from University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU) and used to work in urban green infrastructure research at the Institute of Soil-bioengineering and landscape construction (IBLB).

As spokeswoman, she represents the European Federation and Austrian Association of Green Roofs and Walls EFB, the Austrian Green Roof and Living Wall Association VfB and helped form ÖGREEN in 2016 – the new Austrian Network for Green Infrastructure. 2017 she co-developed the Green Living Lab with over 300 Networkpartners „GRÜNSTATTGRAU – Innovations for Green Cities“ and co-founded GRÜNSTATTGRAU Research and Innovation GmbH, currently in position of CEO.
