Nicolai Padoan started working in the Hotel industry as Guest Service Manager for the Club Quarters in Boston MA, followed by 2 years in the Hospitality Education field as Graduate Assistant for the School of Hospitality and Hotel Management at Southern New Hampshire University. He started his current career with Hilton Hotels in 2006 for the Hilton Hotels in Austria including 4 hotels: Hilton Vienna, Hilton Vienna Plaza, Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront and Hilton Innsbruck. Since then he has held various roles in Sales Corporate, Sales Leisure and Revenue Management before becoming Director of Sales for the Country Sales Office for Hilton Austria. After 5 years in Austria, he was transferred to the Millennium Hilton Bangkok as Director of Business Development in 2010, and to the Hilton Kuala Lumpur as Director of Business Development in September 2012 before moving into a new role as Director of Sales Eastern Europe for Hilton Worldwide in October 2013. In January 2016 he moved into his current role as Director of Business development for the 4 Hiltons of Austria, where he is responsible for the commercial cluster team.
