Michael Griesmayr is board member of value one holding AG. With his attention to details and contemplating every project from a customer and buyer perspective, he creates additional value for both parties. Sustainability and durability are key aspects for Michael, realised by innovative and state of the art real estate projects. After he had completed his business studies at Karl-Franzens-University Graz, he started his career at Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG, where he was responsible for financing real estate projects in Austria and Eastern Europe. Following that, he worked as managing director in the financial sector. Since 1998, Michael has been owner of IC Development GmbH (former IC Projektentwicklung GmbH), a company which has developed numerous office and residential properties, like the award-winning VIERTEL ZWEI Business Park, in the past few years. He was also co-founder of Solar Invest with solar energy fields in, inter alia, Italy. He lives with his family in a suburb of Vienna.
